⚠️ Important — Please Read Before Selecting a 20×20 High Peak Tent:

Professional Installation Included: Our team handles all tent setup and breakdown — this is included in the rental price. Customers may not install or disassemble this tent themselves. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery location to confirm placement before our crew begins setup.

Space Required: You will need a clear, flat area of at least 25×25 feet. This allows enough room for the anchor ropes that extend out from the tent frame to stakes or water barrels. A tighter space may not be safely anchorable.

Overhead Clearance: The setup area must be completely clear of all overhead obstructions including power lines, tree branches, roof overhangs, and utility lines. Do not select this tent if there are any overhead hazards in or around the setup area.

Surface & Anchoring: On grass or soft ground, we stake the tent into the ground. On concrete, asphalt, or other hard surfaces, water barrel weights are used instead. You will be asked to select your surface type below.

Guest Capacity: This tent covers 400 sq ft. Expect to seat approximately 32–40 guests with round tables and chairs, or up to 50 guests for a standing or cocktail-style event.

📋 Underground Utility Locating (Blue Stakes)

Before we can stake a tent into the ground, Utah law requires that underground utilities be located and marked. This is done through Blue Stakes of Utah, a free service that marks the location of buried gas, water, electric, and other utility lines in your setup area.

We handle all of this for you. We will contact Blue Stakes on your behalf and schedule the locating service prior to your delivery date. This process typically takes 2–3 business days, so please book your tent rental at least one week in advance to allow enough time.

No action is required from you — just make sure your booking gives us enough lead time to complete the process before your event.

💧 Water Barrel Anchoring — Water Source Required

For hard surface setups, we anchor the tent using water-filled barrels. We bring our own hose and fill the barrels on-site, so there is nothing you need to prepare in advance.

However, we do require access to an outdoor water source (such as a hose bib or spigot) within 150 feet of the tent setup area. We cannot transport pre-filled barrels, so a water connection on-site is required.

If you are unsure whether a water source will be available at your venue, please contact us before completing your quote request.

Schedule Your Standard Delivery

With Standard Delivery, you choose your drop-off date and your pickup date. We handle the routing and arrive anytime between 9 AM and 7 PM (residential) or 9 AM and 5 PM (commercial) on those days.

You have a 5-day rental period, so you have plenty of flexibility. Most customers drop off 1 to 2 days before their event and schedule pickup 1 to 2 days after.

Base delivery fees assume we can unload your items within 30 feet of our delivery vehicle. Please select the tier that best describes your delivery location:

Tier 1 – Free: Delivery area is within 30 feet of our vehicle. Easy access location (garage, driveway, open warehouse, first floor of office) with no stairs, and a flat, rollable surface for our carts.
Tier 2 – Moderate Access (7% Fee on Items): Delivery area is within 75 feet of our vehicle. Items need to be taken indoors, up an elevator, or into a far backyard. No stairs or steep inclines.
Tier 3 – Difficult Access (15% Fee on Items): Through any more complex path that requires extra labor. Delivery area is within 125 feet of our vehicle, or items must be carried up or down one flight of stairs, deep into a building, or in tight downtown areas with limited parking.

Accidents happen. Our optional Damage Protection plan gives you peace of mind so you can focus on enjoying your event.

Covers up to $250 in accidental damage to rental items during your rental period. This is the most popular choice for customers renting tables, chairs, and linens.
