  • Please be prepared to load and unload items independently. In some cases, items may be staged in an accessible location due to overlapping deliveries during pickup hours.

Setup and teardown must be scheduled in advance. Fees below include both setup and takedown

Additional Delivery Labor

Base delivery fees assume we can unload your items within 30 feet of our delivery vehicle.

Tier 1 – Free

  • Delivery area is within 30 feet of our vehicle.
  • Easy access location (garage, driveway, open warehouse, first floor of office) with no stairs, and a flat, rollable surface for our carts.

Tier 2 – Moderate Access (7% Fee on Items)

  • Delivery area is within 75 feet of our vehicle.
  • Items need to be taken indoors, up an elevator, or into a far backyard or other soft surfaces.
    -No stairs or steep inclines.

Tier 3 – Difficult Access (15% Fee on Items)

  • Through any more complex path that requires extra labor
  • Delivery area is within 125 feet of our vehicle, or items must be carried:
  • Up or down one flight of stairs
  • Deep into a building
  • In tight downtown areas with limited parking
